TASTE dining company was quietly born in 2013. 

After being repeatedly requested to cater for private events outside of their "day Jobs" Tim and Sarah decided to take the plunge and formed T.d.c, and through hard work and by word of mouth and reputation alone they have got to where they are - catering for all occasions 

They both have over twenty years of experience each in hospitality and catering, in prestigious hotels and restaurants around the New Forest and in London, as well as more unusual roles such as catering for private jets, and obviously extensive outside catering experience...

From 2004 to 2009 they owned Reflections Bar & Restaurant in Winchester city centre overlooking the Cathedral, during which time they earned a loyal following and many acolades.

Now they love the variety and challenge that comes with Event Catering, creating special perfect occasions for their customers.
